Keith FERRIS Arrested For Drunk Driving

(GREENSTONE, ON) - On May 13, 2018, while on patrol at approximately 3:00 am, Greenstone Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a vehicle driving erratically in the town of Geraldton, Ontario.

The driver abandoned the vehicle and attempted to evade police on foot but was soon located by the investigating officer who noted signs of intoxication. Subsequently, Keith FERRIS age 33 years of Geraldton, Ontario, was arrested and transported to the Greenstone OPP detachment to provide samples of his breath to a trained Breath Technician Officer. The accused was charged with:

Driving while ability impaired by alcohol contrary to section 253 (1)(a) of the Criminal Code
Driving with More than 80mgs. of Alcohol in blood contrary to section 253 (1)(b) of the Criminal Code


He will appear in Geraldton Court on June 21, 2018, at 10:00 am, to answer to the charges.
