18 Year Old Charged In Grand Bend For Weed and Weapons - Dylan James ROBERTS

(GRAND BEND, ON) - On May 18, 2018 at 5:45 p.m. members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were performing routine patrol on Ontario Street, Grand Bend, Ontario in preparation for the holiday weekend festivities.

At this time the OPP had occasion to investigate a compact motor vehicle containing 5 young men from Windsor, Ontario for a traffic violation. As a result of the traffic violation the OPP observed additional issues contained within the motor vehicle. A few of the passengers were charged with failing to wear their seatbelts and having open liquor.

In particular, one of the vehicle passengers, Dylan James ROBERTS, 18 years-of-age was charged with failing to wear seatbelt, possession of over 60 grams of marihuana, possession of a prohibited device and possession of a dangerous weapon. He must appear at the Sarnia Court House on July 23, 2018.
