Collision Closes Hwy 10 - One Airlifted

On Monday, August 6, 2018 at approximately 10:19 a.m., officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a collision on Highway 10 between Charleston Sideroad and Olde Base Line Road.

The collision involved a passenger vehicle travelling northbound and a tractor trailer travelling northbound. One person has been transported to a trauma centre by Ornge with serious injuries and another person has been transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Highway 10 between Charleston Sideroad and Olde Base Line Road will be closed for the next several hours while Traffic Collision Investigators assist at the scene.
