(QUINTE WEST, ON) - On August 3, 2018 at approximately 10:49 p.m., officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of an assault on Whites Road in the city of Quinte.



Brandon NOBES 25-years-old, of Quinte West was arrested and charged with:



Assault S.266 of the Criminal Code of Canada (CC)
Theft under $5000.00 S.334 (b) CC
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000.00 S.354 (1)(a) CC.




The accused was held for a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice at 15 Bridge Street West, Belleville, Ontario on August 7, 2018.
