(ATIKOKAN, ON) - Shortly after 9:00 am on August 12, 2018 members of the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) check.
Officers engaged a male and conducted an investigation at the roadside.
As a result of this investigation, Trevor Andrews (46) of Atikokan has been charged criminally with:
Operate Motor Vehicle with more than 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood.
ANDREWS will appear in Atikokan Provincial Court on Wednesday October 3, 2018 at 10:00 am to answer to this charge.
