Police Locate Body of Missing Male

(LAURENTIAN HILLS, ON) - On September 17, 2018, in the late afternoon, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Underwater Search and Recovery Unit (USRU) located the body of a missing male in Black Bay.

The male had been reported missing on the afternoon of September 16, 2018 after he failed to resurface after entering the water from a boat on the Barron River, just west of Black Bay.

The deceased has been identified as David Ryan O'Neil JENNER, 37-years-old, of the Town of Petawawa. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death. The investigation is continuing.
