(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On September 18, 2018, around 5:45 p.m. Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complainant on Highway 401 near Orford Road. A westbound tractor trailer had its load shift and puncture through the front wall causing its load to spill out onto the highway.

As a result, the male driver, Peter YAMOAH, 56-years-old from Oakville, Ontario has been charged with insecure load - commercial motor vehicle, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
