(WEST PERTH, ON) - On January 4, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., a citizen called Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Perth County Detachment to report a male causing a disturbance at 2 businesses in the Municipality of West Perth.

OPP officers responded quickly and located a male matching the description provided by witnesses.

Ryanal Devon ERB, 36-years-old, of the Municipality of West Perth was arrested and charged with;

Assault
Uttering Threats to Cause death or Bodily Harm
Fail to Comply with Probation Order


He appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on January 4, 2019 and was remanded into custody.
