Fatal Collision Update - Deceased Identified

(ATWOOD, ON) - On May 12, 2019 at approximately 11:55 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Perth County detachment, Perth County Paramedic Services and North Perth Fire Department responded to the scene of a collision involving a single motor vehicle into a tree.

The collision involved a pickup travelling west on Perth Line 75 in between Road 166 and Road 169, north of Atwood in the Municipality of North Perth.

The lone occupant of the pickup, 68-year-old Robert GALBRAITH of the Municipality of North Perth was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact Perth County OPP.
