(CHATSWORTH, ON) - Since Friday, July 5, 2019 Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged 7 drivers with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. In 2019, January 1st to today's date, Grey Bruce OPP have charged over 70 drivers with impaired operation of a motor vehicle.

July 5
64 year old, Henry HAANSTRA of Georgian Bluffs stopped on Highway 6-21, Georgian Bluffs
Charged with Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration over 80, section 320.14(1) (b) Criminal Code of Canada (CC)

35 year old, Brian STREETER of Owen Sound stopped on Grey Road 18, Georgian Bluffs
Charged with Operation of motor vehicle while impaired, section 320.14(1) (a) CC and
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration over 80, section 320.14(1) (b) CC

36 year old, Nikola SMOLJANOVIC of Hamilton stopped on Main Street, South Bruce Peninsula
Charged with Operation of motor vehicle while impaired, section 320.14(1) (a) CC and
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration over 80, section 320.14(1) (b) CC

56 year old, Wayne FLICK of Southgate stopped on Main Street East, Dundalk
Charged with Operation of motor vehicle while impaired, section 320.14(1) (a) CC,
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration over 80, section 320.14(1)(b) CC and Resist Peace Officer, section 129(a) CC

July 6
56 year old, Wieslaw CHORAZYCZEWSKI of Mississauga stopped on Beau Lane, Grey Highlands
Charged with Operation of motor vehicle while impaired, section 320.14(1) (a) CC and
Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration over 80, section 320.14(1) (b) CC

July 7
58 year old, Sandra WIRKKUNEN of Meaford stopped on Legion Road, Meaford
Charged with Operation of motor vehicle while impaired, section 320.14(1) (a) CC

July 10
41 year old, Jason EARNEST of Georgian Bluffs stopped on Highway 21, Georgian Bluffs
Charged with Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration over 80, section 320.14(1) (b) CC
