Sexual Assault Charge In Palmerston - BRUMWELL

(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) - On July 17, 2019 the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a sexual assault that occurred at a Palmerston residence in June, 2019.

Following a thorough investigation by the Wellington County OPP Major Crime Unit, Evan Leslie Thomas BRUMWELL, 33-years-old of Palmerston was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault contrary to the Criminal Code on August 1, 2019. The accused is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 3, 2019 to answer to the charge.
