Methamphetamine Bust In Listowel - MILLER

(LISTOWEL, ON) - On August 9, 2019 at approximately 2:30 p.m., a member of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) North Perth detachment was on general patrol and observed a male operating a motor vehicle who was known to be suspended from driving. The vehicle was stopped by police.

The male driver was arrested by police.

Further investigation revealed that the motor vehicle was not properly plated and had no insurance.

Dustin MILLER, 33-years-old, of North Perth was arrested and charged with;

Driving while under suspension
Use a licence plate not authorized for vehicle
Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
Possession of a Schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine


He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford at a later date to answer the charges.
