Threats At Campground Leads To Charges

(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) - On September 8, 2019 at 12:35 a.m. Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called for an individual who had made threats and was causing a disturbance at a campground at Pike Bay Road, Northern Bruce Peninsula. Police attended and arrested an intoxicated individual at a trailer site inside the campground.

Grey Bruce OPP have charged 55 year old, Bradley FOUGERE of Arran-Elderslie with uttering threats to Cause death, section 264.1(1)(a) Criminal Code of Canada (CC) and causing a disturbance, section 175(1)(a) CC.

The accused was released on a Promise to Appear, with a court date in Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on September 26, 2019.
