(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) - On August 21, 2019, at approximately 11:30 p.m. an Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped the driver of a black pickup truck on the Hanlon Expressway in the City of Guelph. The officer had observed the motor vehicle being driven in an erratic manner.

While speaking with the driver, officers formed the opinion that the driver was impaired by a drug. A Standard Field Sobriety Test (S.F.S.T) was conducted to wit the driver performed poorly.
