Charge Laid In Fatal Collision

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - On August 16, 2019 at approximately 7:30 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Middlesex London Emergency Medical Services and Middlesex Centre Fire Department responded to a single-vehicle collision involving a passenger vehicle on Highbury Avenue North at Fourteen Mile Road, in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre.

Sai POLUMURU, 26-years-old of London, Ontario has been charged with Careless driving causing death, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice - Provincial Offences Court in London, Ontario on September 30, 2019.
