Parasite Paul Asked To Resign After Allowing Hyper-Paranoid Bernie Bailey to Crash Private Meeting
Source: Area OPPDate: Wed Oct 2 03:05:56 MST 2019
A North Huron citizen attempted to have a meeting with Wingham Ward Councillor paul heffer to discuss snow removal on both sidewalks of Hanna Bridge, and most importantly Reeve bernie bailey’s outburst and abuse of power that was on clear display at the last council meeting.
Minutes into the private meeting a hyper-paranoid bernie bailey bursts in to chaperone, apparently to make sure councillor paul heffer did not discuss bailey’s abuse of power, the sidewalk situation or bailey’s most recent breakdown. Reeve bernie bailey kept wanting to talk about a specific citizen, instead of the issues. Bailey's man-crush is clearly clouding his judgement.
Last year paul heffer “attempted” to get the sidewalks in community safety zones cleared in the winter at the request of a citizen. His pathetic attempt consisted of asking the head of Public Works to do it. Public Works said “NO”, and paul heffer suggested filling out a service request form at town hall, as he lacked the nerve or intellectual capacity to do so himself. Councillor paul heffer could literally be replaced with a stack of service request forms. Representative paul heffer has also refused to meet with citizen(s) to discuss North Huron issues.
Since paul heffer refuses to Represent the Public, which he is paid to do, and has accomplished nothing except giving himself and council raises, he clearly fits the description of a parasite.
Parasite paul should offer his immediate resignation and apologize for allowing hyper-paranoid bernie bailey to crash his meeting(s) with members of the Public.
