Suspended Driver Caught Again - McISAAC

(LISTOWEL, ON) - On October 31, 2019, a member of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), North Perth detachment was on patrol for the "Big Four". This focused patrol consists of reducing alcohol or drug impaired driving, speeding, distracted driving, and those who fail to use seatbelts. An officer observed a vehicle travelling on Wallace Avenue N, in Listowel and conducted a traffic stop to speak with the driver.

Further investigation revealed that the driver was currently suspended from driving.

Reggie McISAAC, 33-years-old, of North Perth was charged with driving while under suspension.

The driver is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on December 10, 2019 to answer the charges.

The vehicle was towed and impounded as per statute.
