Collision Update - Name Of 4 Year Old Deceased Released

(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) - On November 18, 2019, at approximately 8:20 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a three vehicle collision at Glendon Drive and Melbourne Road, Southwest Middlesex Township, Middlesex County.
Officers attended with members of the Strathroy Fire Department and London Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
Investigation revealed that a tractor trailer and two passenger vehicles collided at the intersection.
Three occupants from one vehicle were transported to a local hospital, two with serious injuries and one with life threatening injuries.
4-year-old Maria BUNDER, of Appin, Ontario was receiving treatment at the hospital where she was pronounced deceased.
Members of West Region Technical Collision Investigation (TCI) attended to assist with the investigation.
Roads were closed for several hours but have since reopened.
