Stunt Driver Caught On Amberley Road

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) - A 29-year-old from Gravenhurst has been charged with Stunt Driving - Excessive Speed following a traffic stop conducted by Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) last week.
Just before 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, 2019 a Huron OPP officer on patrol spotted a compact vehicle travelling eastbound on Amberley Road at a high rate of speed. A RADAR device was utilized by the officer to confirm the speed of the vehicle and the speed of the vehicle was measured at a rate in excess of 130 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone.
The vehicle was immediately stopped and the driver was subsequently charged.
Tammy SEDORE, 29 years of age from Gravenhurst has been charged with Stunt Driving - Excessive Speed. She will have to attend Provincial Offences Act Court in Goderich on December 17, 2019 to answer to the charge.
Her vehicle was towed and impounded and her driver's licence has been suspended for an automatic seven days.
