Police Station To Be Given Away By Secret Envelope Method In Ongoing North Huron Real Estate Scandal

Source: WFP
Date: Wed Feb 26 09:17:01 MST 2020

The Wingham Police station is going to be “sold” by North Huron council. The property and the 5,700 foot building will be given to whomever has the best secret bid/envelope in the eyes of council, I guess you just have to trust them.

If they sold it via MLS or auction it would “cost” their buddy 10X more. The revenue from a legit sale would have been more than enough to repair the Howson Dam since council wasted the $200,000 set aside for those repairs, all gone to “buddies & studies”. Of course the police station could be used for the museum, but then doug kuyvenhoven wouldn’t be able to cash in.
