Truck And Welding Equipment StolenSource: Area OPP

(PERTH EAST, ON) - In the early morning hours on March 10, 2020, suspects stole a 2005 white Chevrolet Silverado 1500 truck from a rural residence located on Road 104, east of Shakespeare.
The truck had a steel rack attached to the box and built-in compartments on the side of the box. The truck contained welding equipment, supplies and tools. The truck was unlocked and parked in the yard in front of the shop located on the property.
Residents are reminded to lock the doors to their homes and outbuildings when not present as well as to secure their vehicles when not in use.
