Repeat Offender Arrested In Goderich With Methamphetamine - Nikita HARTIN

(GODERICH, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Goderich resident with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Failing to Comply with an Undertaking following an arrest made over the weekend.
On Sunday, May 10, 2020 at approximately 3:00 a.m. Huron OPP officers observed the accused on Newgate Street in Goderich failing to abide by a condition of her release by communicating with a named individual.
As a result officers arrested the accused and a search incident to arrest was completed. The search of the accused revealed she was in possession of suspected hydromorphone, fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Nikita HARTIN, 23 years of age from Goderich has been charged with Fail to Comply with Undertaking and three counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance. She has since been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for June 29, 2020.
