61 Year Old Driver Caught Using Weed

(CARRICK TWP, ON) - On July 31, 2020 at 10:38 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspected impaired driver on Highway 9 in Carrick Township. Officers located the vehicle and found that the driver had been using cannabis marijuana.

Limbert CHARLES, 61-years-old, of Toronto was charged with Impaired Driving and Careless Driving. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on October 7, 2020 to answer to the charges.
