(ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) - On September 30, 2020 at 8:35 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a suspected impaired driver on the Grey-Bruce Line in Elderslie Township. After locating the vehicle, officers conducted a traffic stop and determined that the driver had been drinking alcohol.
Shelly FAULHAFER, 43-years-old, of Elderslie Township, was charged with Impaired Driving and Refuse Breath Sample. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on December 9, 2020 to answer to the charges.
