(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) - On November 17, 2020 the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report that occurred at a business on St. David Street North in Fergus on November 14, 2020 at 9:17 p.m.

Surveillance footage captured the suspect unplugging the Christmas tree that was on display behind the electronic drive-thru order sign before fleeing on foot.

The suspect is described as:
Caucasian male
Grey/white balding hair
Average build
Wearing dark pants, grey/blue plaid jacket, brown boots and glasses

OPP is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect.
