Double Fatal Collision - Names Of Deceased Released

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) - Members of the County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to attend a multiple vehicle collision on Vanessa Road West of Simcoe Street in the County of Brant at approximately 7:45 pm. November 21, 2018.
OPP members along with County of Brant Fire and County of Brant Ambulance service attended the scene of the collision.
Police have determined that two vehicles collided on Vanessa Road west of Simcoe Street the driver of the first vehicle was Michael KOVACEVIC 25-years old from Stoney Creek. The driver of the second vehicle was Dillon HENRY 29-years-old from Norfolk County. Both of these drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in one of the vehicles a 29-year-old from Norfolk County was also taken to local hospital via ground ambulance with serious injuries.
After the initial collision a third vehicle struck one of the cars involved in the initial collision and the driver of that third vehicle was not injured.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) have were deployed to the scene to continue the investigation. Vanessa Road has reopened.
