(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Members of the City of Kawartha Lakes Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered into an impaired driving investigation on May 04, 2024.
On May 04, 2024, at approximately 5:16pm, officers responded to a call for service regarding a driving complaint. Through investigation the driver was arrested and charges for impaired driving offences.
Joseph Armstrong, 38-year-old of Fenelon Falls, was charged with:

Dangerous Operation
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Lindsay at a later date. The motor vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days.
