(KILLALOE, ON) Police have arrested and charged one person with criminal offences in relation to an entry that occurred in 2023.

On August 8, 2023, members of the Killaloe Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the break and enter at a residence on 60 Highway in the Township of North Algona Wilberforce. Household copper wire and piping were stolen.

As a result of police investigation, 29-year-old Devon KINGSBURY of Eganville was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

break and enter; and,

theft under $5000.

The accused was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in court on July 31, 2024, 9:30 a.m., Ontario Court of Justice, Pembroke.
