(KINCARDINE, ON) � On April 12, 2024, at 11:38 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report for a possible impaired driver along Queen Street in Kincardine. The vehicle was then located by officers along Highway 9.
The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. They were placed under arrest and taken to a Qualified Breath Technician for breath tests.
Derek DOCHERTY, 60-years-old, from the Municipality of Kincardine was charged with:
Operation while impaired � blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
