18 Year Old Student Arrested For Threats

(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) � Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a threat that occurred at a local secondary school.

On April 29, 2024, at approximately 12:00 p.m., OPP responded to a reported threats call on Scotland Street, Fergus. It was reported that a student had been threatened by another student during a dispute. Police responded and an 18-year-old was arrested.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone with information about this event to contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
