Chatsworth Assault � 3 Arrested

(CHATSWORTH, ON) � Three individuals are facing charges following a report of an assault at a residence in the Municipality of Chatsworth.
On May 2, 2024, at 8:57 a.m., the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an assault that occurred on John Street in Chatsworth. Officers attended and learned that three suspects left the address in a vehicle. The victim sustained minor injuries from the assault. At 9:55 a.m., the suspect vehicle was located, and the three occupants were arrested.
Charged with the following alleged offences is 41-year-old Ryan Desroches of no fixed address:
Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose
Aggravated assault
Imitation firearm � use while committing offence
Possession break in instruments
Discharge air gun or pistol with intent
Break and enter a place � commit indictable offence
Possession property obtained by crime under $5000
Uttering threats � cause death or bodily harm
Fail to comply with probation order
Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order
Trafficking schedule I substance � cocaine
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking � methamphetamine
Charged with the following alleged offences is 46-year-old Jason Landry of no fixed address:
Aggravated assault
Discharge air gun or pistol with intent
Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose
Imitation firearm � use while committing offence
Possession break in instruments
Possession property obtained by crime under $5000
Trafficking schedule I substance � cocaine
Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking � Methamphetamine
Break, enter a place � commit indictable offence
Unauthorized possession of weapon (two counts)
Disguise with intent
Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order (three counts)
Charged with the following alleged offences is 34-year-old Kimberly Rawn of West Grey:

Aggravated assault

The accused parties were held pending a bail hearing.
