(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) � On June 8, 2024, at 4:03 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a collision on Highway 9 near Sideroad 10 in the Municipality of Kincardine.
The involved driver fled on foot but was quickly located by officers. The driver displayed signs of impairment. Officers believed that the driver was impaired and placed under arrest. Witness� in the area report the driver was operating the motor vehicle aggressively just prior to the collision.
Jake EDWARDS, 34-years-old, from the Township of Huron- Kinloss was charged with:
Failure or refusal to comply with demand.
