(TAY VALLEY TWP., ON) � The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Perth-area resident with impaired driving and making threats.
Lanark officers responded July 10, 2024, shortly after 10:00 p.m., when it was learned that a male had made threats and then left a location on Christie Lake Road in Tay Valley Township
Officers located the male at a home in the area. He was arrested and transported to the Lanark Detachment for testing.
Hunter FIELDING, age 21, has been charged with:
Uttering threats to damage property � two counts
Operation while impaired � blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on August 5, 2024. The individual�s driver�s licence has been suspended for 90 days (Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension) and vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
