(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) � On July 22, 2024, at 1:15 p.m., the Grey Bruce OPP responded to an address in South Bruce Peninsula and initiated an intimate partner violence investigation. Police attended and determined that the suspect threatened to kill an ex-partner�s new partner. Investigation revealed historic domestic incidents.

A 22-year-old from South Bruce Peninsula was charged with:



� Forcible confinement

� Assault � spousal



� Uttering threats � cause death of bodily harm � spousal

� Uttering threats

The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.

The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victim.
