(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) � An individual was charged following an investigation into an incident of mischief in Simcoe.

At approximately 4:45 p.m. on Friday, August 2, 2024, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a mischief incident on Oakwood Avenue in Simcoe, Norfolk County.



It was determined that an individual inside a residence on the premises had caused damage to the homeowner�s property.

As a result, the individual was taken into custody without incident.



Charged with the following alleged offences is 26-year-old Noah NUNN of Norfolk County:

Fail to comply with Probation Order,
Mischief under $5,000.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Simcoe on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
