(PETAWAWA, ON.) – The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a driver with impaired after traffic complaint.

On August 10, 2024, just before 2:30 a.m., OPP received a traffic complaint regarding a possible impaired driver on Petawawa Blvd. in the Town of Petawawa. The vehicle was located shortly afterwards. The driver of the vehicle was then transported to the detachment for further testing.



Dustin RABISHAW, 21 years old, of Deep River was charged with impaired operation.

The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days. The accused was released to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on September 17, 2024.
