(NORTH PERTH, ON) � The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are seeking the public�s assistance with two ongoing investigations involving a BB gun occurring in the Municipality of North Perth.
At approximately 10:40 p.m. on August 27, 2024, an individual was assaulted and shot with a BB gun on Queen Street East, Listowel, resulting in non-life-threatening injuries.
At approximately 12:32 a.m. on August 28, 2024, the front of a residence was damaged on Elma Street East, Listowel.

The Perth County OPP is reminding individuals that the responsibility of using a firearm, including a BB gun, rest in the hands of the individual. Improper use can cause serious injuries, damage to property and/or result in charges under the Criminal Code or other statute.
