(CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) On September 02, 2024, at approximately 2:45 p.m officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Wellington County Detachment were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program on Orangeville Road, Fergus.
During the operation, a vehicle was stopped, and the driver was assessed for sobriety. As a result of the investigation, Kristopher R. MATTS, 43-years-old of Centre Wellington, was charged with:
