(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) � On September 10, 2024, at approximately 11:08 p.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol checked on a vehicle along Stauffer Street in Lucknow.



The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. A roadside approved screening device (ASD) test was conducted which resulted in a fail. They were placed under arrest and taken to a Qualified Breath Technician for breath tests.

Matthew BOYLE, 35-years-old, from the Municipality of Kincardine was charged with:

Operation while impaired � blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
