Nathan FONTAINE Was Arrested Again

(MIDLAND,ON) � Officers from the Southern Georgian Bay OPP Detachment responded in the afternoon of September 16, 2024 to report by Midland Foodland store security of the theft of a large box of beer by a known Midland resident.

The dispatched officer through investigation was able to confirm the identify the suspect and the accused was later arrested in the morning hours of September 26, 2024, while riding his bicycle on Hartman Drive, Midland.



Charged is Nathan FONTAINE 32 years with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

Theft Under $5000- SHOPLIFTING
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 � in Canada
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
The accused was released from police custody and will be appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice on November 7, 2024
