(ENNISKILLEN, ON) � On September 30, 2024, around 8:30 p.m., a member of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Oil Heritage Road, Enniskillen Township.
As a result of the investigation, Robert HATHAWAY, 43-year-old of Alvinston, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offence:
Operation while impaired � blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
A 90-day Administrative Driver�s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on October 28, 2024, in the City of Sarnia to speak to the charge.
