(LEAMINGTON, ON) � On November 10, 2024, at approximately 6:55 p.m., Leamington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Sherk Street near Pulford Road in the Municipality of Leamington.

Officers arrived on scene to find a vehicle had struck another vehicle and a fence.

As a result of the investigation, Bernhard THIESSEN, 53-years-of age from Leamington was charged with:



� Operation while impaired � alcohol and drugs

� Operation while impaired � blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

� Dangerous operation

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice Windsor, on November 29, 2024.

No injuries were reported as a result of the collision.
