(WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) – On November 7, 2024, at approximately 8:15 p.m. an officer from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Wellington County Detachment initiated a traffic stop on Albert Street, Mount Forest.

As a result of the investigation, William NANNINGA, 58 years-old of Mount Forest, was charged with:

Operation While Impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus contrary to the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on November 22, 2024.
