(WEST NIPISSING, ON) � The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) located and charged a person after receiving a report of a break and enter.
On November 9, 2024, at approximately 11:54 a.m., the Nipissing West Detachment of the OPP responded to a break and enter at a business on Main Street, West Nipissing.
Police located and arrested the lone individual involved in the break and enter. As a result of the investigation, Jacques MAYER, 46 years-of-age, from West Nipissing was charged with, break, enter a place � with intent to commit indictable offence and possession of a schedule I substance.
The accuse was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on December 5, 2024, in North Bay.
