Brett SWIFT – Impaired Operation

(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) – On November 12, 2024, at approximately 9:12 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle along Highway 9, Municipality of Huron-Kinloss, for a Highway Traffic Act violation.

The investigating officer detected signs of impairment from the driver. An Approved Screening Device (ASD) was utilized. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the South Bruce OPP detachment for further testing.

Brett SWIFT, 32-years-old, from the Municipality of Kincardine was charged with:


Impaired Operation, CC 320.14(1)(b)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on December 18, 2024.
