Andrew MCALLISTER Was Arrested AGAIN!

(KINCARDINE, ON) � On November 17, 2024, at approximately 12:22 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program on Queen Street, Municipality of Kincardine.

During the operation, a vehicle in the area was checked by police. The vehicle had been reported stolen.

As a result of the investigation, Andrew MCALLISTER, 28-years-old from Owen Sound, has been charged with the following offences:



Possession of stolen property over $5000, CC 355(a)
Fail to comply with release order, CC 145(5)(a) � three counts
Fail to comply with probation order, CC 733.1(1) � two counts
Unauthorized possession of a weapon, CC 91(2)
Use plate not authorized for vehicle, HTA 12(1)(d)
Drive while under suspension, HTA 53(1)
The accused was held for a bail hearing and subsequently remanded into custody.
