(GREY BRUCE, ON) � A third person has been charged in connection with a death investigation.

On March 28, 2022, emergency services responded to a 9-1-1 call after 23-year-old Corey SUTHERLAND was located deceased in a residence at a West Black Line, Grey Highlands address.

Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Grey Bruce Crime Unit, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB), in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service continued to investigate.

On November 27, 2024, police arrested and charged a third person in connection with this incident.

Charged with the following offences is 21-year-old Shakarri Myles Graham COLLINS-SALMON of Toronto, Ontario:

Manslaughter contrary to Section 236 (b) of the Criminal Code,
Traffic in Schedule I substance � Fentanyl, contrary to Section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act,
Traffic in Schedule I Substance � Isotonitazene, contrary to Section 5(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.
The accused has been held in custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Owen Sound on November 28, 2024.
