South Bruce OPP Arrest One From Owen Sound

(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) � On December 29, 2024, at approximately 10:00 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program on 1st Avenue North, Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.

During the operation, a vehicle was stopped and checked by police.


As a result of the investigation, Cody ELDER, 35-years-old from Owen Sound, has been charged with:



Operation while prohibited, CC 320.18(1)(a)
The involved vehicle has been impounded for 45 days.

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice on February 12, 2025.
