Assaults In Kincardine � 2 Arrested

(KINCARDINE, ON) � On January 5, 2025, at approximately 10:34 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an assault at an address along Upper Lorne Beach Road in the Municipality of Kincardine.

Investigation revealed that two individuals were engaged in a physical confrontation resulting in minor injuries.


As a result of the investigation, two individuals were arrested and face charges.

Christopher BENOIT, 39-years-old of Sarnia, has been charged with:

Assault with a weapon, CC 267(a)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on February 12, 2025 to answer to the charge.

Kerry ROBINSON, 34-years-old of the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex, has been charged with:

Assault causing bodily harm, CC 267(b)
The accused is set to appear in the Walkerton Court of Justice on February 19, 2025 to answer to the charge.
