Freddy CONTY & James ROBSON Arrested For Trafficking

(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) � A drug trafficking investigation that began in November 2024, resulted in the arrest of two individuals at an address in Dunnville.
As a result of the investigation, a quantity of Canadian and American currency, a quantity of illicit drugs including suspected fentanyl and cocaine, as well as drug paraphernalia was seized.
Freddy CONTY, 58-years-old of Dunnville has been charged with the following offences:
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (two counts)
Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000 � in Canada
James ROBSON, 60-years-old of Dunnville has been charged with the following offences:
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking (two counts)
Both accused are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on January 21, 2025.
